Made from 100% Italian-woven cotton; it’s crisp, breathable, and crafted to endure time and evolving trends.

The word, moiré is French, meaning ‘to water or make shimmer’, and was originally used to describe an effect applied to silk.

Tielle and 2LG: The design story

Decluttering our bedrooms to make space for calm

“When the world is in a state of flux, people seek calm and serenity in as many aspects of their life as they can. Where better to create the most relaxing environment than the place where you sleep. Moiré leans into that sense of calm, conjuring up feelings of nature”

Jordan and Russell are seeing a shift towards more intentional spaces; a new era of classic, quality design, where curation is valued over consumption. And the Moiré Bedlinen Set reflects this shift - it’s not about chasing newness, but reimagining what lasts. 

After experiencing a good night’s sleep in our bedlinen at The Langham hotel, the pair knew this set needed to feel luxurious. Heavily inspired by Italian and French interiors and a personal design pilgrimage to Milan, 2LG wanted to create an opulent bedding collection that people would fall in love with night after night.

“Our love of Italian and French design and textures has been the inspiration behind our collaboration with Tielle. We’re both trained actors, so we use our creative instincts and take a lot of cues from cultural references in art and film.”

The craftsmanship behind your new favourite bedlinen set

Originally made using silk, moiré is a fabric with a rippled watery appearance. We worked closely with our partner Italian cotton mill to apply this expert weaving technique to our 100% cotton bedlinen. 

  • Moiré is a neutral with depth, it ripples with the light and changes with the room
  • This collection works across all design styles, from industrial concrete lofts to maximalist floral bedrooms
  • Conjures serenity and sensory stillness, setting the scene for deep sleep
  • It’s a durable 300 thread count jacquard weave which is designed to last, evolving with your space
  • 2LG are masters of interior design, previously collaborating with brands including L.Ercolani and Ercol

From the stage to their design studio, actors turned interior designers Jordan Cluroe and Russell Whitehead of 2LG know the power spaces can have over your mindset. Our bedrooms can set the day’s mood and frame life’s little moments, so it’s no surprise people are thinking more about where they sleep.
