DELIVERY

Delivery is free on UK orders over £95.00 and £4.95 for delivery on UK orders under £95.

We aim to despatch goods within 48 hours after we have accepted your order. Please note that we are extremely busy at the moment so we kindly ask that you allow up to 7 working days for your order to be despatched.

We will make reasonable endeavours to deliver the goods within 7 working days following confirmation of your order (UK only), however this is only an estimate.

 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

We now use dynamic pricing for most international shipments. This means shipping rates will vary based on the weight of the order. Once you have added your postal address, you will see an accurate shipping cost for your order.

 

International shipments are sent DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). This means you will now see duty and taxes (where applicable) in your checkout area. You will not be required to make any additional payment when your order goes through customs clearance in the destination country.

 

If you have chosen Express Shipping, the estimated 1-2 days refers to the transit time only.

For international shipments, we always recommend that accurate and best contact details are provided to avoid customs delays and ensure that carriers can make contact when needed. Otherwise the parcels are at risk of being automatically returned to us.

 

We are experiencing delays with shipping outside of the UK and are asking customers to allow 7-10 days for shipments to arrive after despatch (subject to customs processing and timely payment of any duties), particularly within the EU.

 

All international orders will be sent by DHL and you will receive tracking details directly from DHL.
