Blue Monday Competition Terms and Conditions

  1. Eligibility:

Customers are automatically entered into the Tielle Blue Monday competition (the ‘Promotion’) when they place an order with Tielle (the ‘Promoter’, hereafter referred to as ‘we’, ‘us’).

    • Entrants must be residents of the UK.
    • Entrants must be over the age of 18 at the time the qualifying order is placed.
    • Entrants must have a valid, genuine, and unique email address that is available for the duration of the promotion.
    • To qualify for entry in into this promotion, orders must be placed between 1st January 2025 at 00:01am and 31st January 2025 at 09:00am GMT.
  1. Promotion Prizes:
    • 1 customer will win a refund for their entire order.
    • 1 customer will win a complimentary Jumbo Luxury Hotel White Towel Bale for themselves and a friend (total of 2 x Jumbo Luxury Hotel White Towel Bales).
      1. Valid UK addresses for delivery must be provided to claim this prize. Failure to provide valid UK addresses for delivery will result in this prize being redrawn.
    • 1 customer will win a complimentary Linen Quilted Throw in a colour of their choice.
    • 5 customers will win a 20% discount code for a future order.
      1. These discount codes are single use only.
      2. These discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount code or promotion.

    • The promotion opens on 1st January 2025 at 00:01am and closes on Friday, 31st January 2025, at 09:00am GMT.
  3. Winners and Notification:
    • Winners will be randomly selected on Friday 31st January 2025 at 12pm GMT.
    • Winners will be contacted via the email address provided with their order.
    • Notifications will be sent from orders@tielleloveluxury.co.uk.
    • Winners must respond to the notification email to claim their prize within 7 days of notification to claim their prize.
    • If a winner does not respond within the specified time, a new winner will be randomly selected for that prize.
    • We reserve the right to refuse any application and to terminate the account of anyone that is believed to be in breach of the offer Terms and Conditions.
