Product Care

For the most practical of reasons, due to the size of normal domestic washers and dryers, we recommend you leave the laundering of these items to the professionals. You can find your local Textile Services Association approved laundry or dry cleaners by calling 0207 843 9490 where they will be happy to help.

Shipping & Returns

Delivery charges

Delivery charges are £4.95 for UK mainland delivery, although delivery is free on UK orders over £75.00.

International deliveries

Delivery charges for orders being delivered within the EU are £35.00. Delivery charges for orders being delivered to the USA mainland are £95.00. Please note, whilst you will not be charged UK VAT on your international order you may be subject to customs, duty or taxes upon arrival into the country. Both these and any delays in delivery are out of our control so if you are worried about any charges please check the customs duty thresholds of the country your items are being delivered to first.

When we will provide the products

Goods are normally dispatched within 48 hours after we have accepted your order. We will make reasonable endeavours to deliver the goods within 5 working days following confirmation of your order (UK only), however this is only an estimate only.

All orders will be sent by Recorded Delivery.

Returns 

We hope you love your Tielle Love Luxury goods but if you need to return anything to us, here’s what you need to know.  If you are not 100% satisfied with your goods then please return them to us in the same unused, re-saleable condition that you received them, within 14 days of delivery, and we will refund you the full amount of the product(s) purchased.

Unless faulty, we’d like you to make your return within 14 days of purchase, and please note that you’ll need to bear postage costs. If the item is faulty or damaged, please call us on +44 1442 843769, between 9am and 5pm (UK time). Please note that personalised and embroidered items are not returnable or refundable unless the item is faulty.

If you would like us to arrange a courier ‘drop to shop’ collection within the UK of your larger returns this can be arranged but please note this will be at a charge of £10 per collection. Please email enquiries@tielleloveluxury.co.uk to arrange this.

As a purchaser within the EU you have the right to cancel your order within 7 days of your contract with Tradelinens Ltd. If you cancel your order then you will have your payment returned once we have received the goods.

Exchanging an item

Simply return the unwanted item following our returns process and place a new order online for the product you’d like instead. It may take up to 14 days for the refund for your original product to be processed, from the date you send it back to us.

How long do I have to exchange a product?

In line with our returns policy, you have up to 14 days to exchange a product from the date you received your order.

 

International returns

What is the refund policy for international items?

If you’ve changed your mind about keeping your purchase, please return it in its original condition and obtain a proof of postage. By original condition, we’d expect this to mean that you’ve kept original packaging and labels, and that the item is unused and undamaged.

How to change or cancel your order

Amending your order

We are really sorry but in most cases it is not possible to make changes to your order once you’ve placed it. If the order has not yet been despatched from the warehouse we may be able to cancel your order to allow you to replace it on the website.

Cancelling your order

If your order has already been despatched from the warehouse, then you will need to return your order following our returns procedure.
