Delivery and Returns

When will my order be delivered?

We aim to despatch goods within 48 hours after we have accepted your order. During busy periods, we kindly ask that customers allow up to 5 working days for orders to be despatched. For more information, please read our Shipping Policy.

What is the delivery charge for my order?

UK Delivery:
FREE Delivery on orders over £75
£4.95 for orders under £75

International Delivery:
£35 for orders delivered within the EU
£110 for orders delivered to USA mainland
£110 for orders delivered to Australia

Will I be charged UK VAT on my international order?

Whilst you will not be charged UK VAT on your international order you may be subject to customs, duty or taxes upon arrival into the country. Both these and any delays in delivery are out of our control so if you are worried about any charges please check the customs duty thresholds of the country your items are being delivered to first.

How can I return my order?

We hope you love your Tielle Love Luxury goods but if you need to return anything to us, please read our Refund Policy for instructions on raising your return.

Can I exchange my order?

Whilst we don’t offer direct exchanges, you can simply return the unwanted item following our returns process and place a new order online for the product you’d like instead. For more information, please read our Refund Policy.

When will my return be processed?

We ask customers to please allow 7-10 working days for returns to be processed and monies to be refunded. For more information, please read our Refund Policy.

Which pillow is best for me?

Why does my bedlinen appear too large?

All our bed linen is made with shrinkage built in as it is 100% cotton and so will always shrink on the first wash. Our linen needs to laundered on a hot wash, we recommend washing at 60-90°, before using on the bed for the first time to ensure the perfect fit.

Why does my pillow have a slight odour?

Natural fill pillows may have a slight odour when you first unbox them, especially during warmer months. This is because the pillows get warm during transit. However, this odour is temporary and completely natural. Rest assured, our products are made with Class 1 fillings (EN 12131), indicating the highest level of quality. As soon as you unpack your new pillows, we recommend airing them for 48 hours. This will allow the odour to dissipate naturally.

What is a tog rating?

Tog rating describes the warmth of a duvet. The higher the tog rating, the warmer the duvet; the lower the tog rating, the lighter the duvet.

A lightweight 4.5 tog duvet is ideal for hot summer nights, and a 10.5 is the best tog for a year-round duvet. For more information and advice on tog ratings, read our blog post here.

What is a thread count?

Thread counts or ‘tc’ refer to the number of horizontal and vertical threads per square inch. Generally, the higher the thread count, the softer the bed linen. However, yarn quality, fabric construction and finish all matter when it comes to how well your bed linen looks, feels and lasts.

The best thread count sheets and duvet covers vary between 200-600. Anything higher and the fabric can become less breathable and harder to wash. For this reason, most luxury 5-star hotels go for high quality 300tc or 400tc bed linen as it provides the perfect balance of luxury and practicality. How many pillows are included in an order?

The price displayed on our pillow product pages is for one pillow. You can adjust the quantity as needed before checkout by using the + or – buttons.

Which size bedding do I need?

The terminology used for bedding sizes varies depending on the country, we use UK terminology for our bedding sizes as we are a UK based retailer. You can find our size guides on every product page to help you pick the correct size.

Order Information

Where is my embroidered order?

We kindly ask customers to allow 10 working days for embroidery to be completed. If your order has exceeded this time frame, please contact our team for assistance. 

Can I amend my order?

Unfortunately, we cannot make amendments to your order once it has been placed. If the order has not yet been despatched from our warehouse, we may be able to cancel your order to allow you to replace it on the website. Please get in touch with our team if you wish to cancel your order.
